Nature Treasure Villa van Malaxa, Chania

Nature Treasure Villa is a hospitable 3-bedroom Villa with lovely views of the nearby nature, located in the traditional village of Malaxa, 12 km from the town of Chania. A few taverns, a cafe and a horse riding club can be found within short walking distance. There are a few lovely sandy beaches at about 15 km away.

The maisonette style villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and a wc on the ground floor level, having access only from the garden area. Three bedrooms and a shower bathroom are provided on the ground floor level. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed are offered.

An interior staircase leads to the top floor of the villa, where guests find the open plan living room with a 48-inches TV and a furnished balcony and beautiful views of the town of Chania. A dining room area, the main fully equipped kitchen and a wc are provided on this floor. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are provided.

Nature Treasure Villa features a lovely private garden with a pergola and local plants, a big outdoor dining table, and barbecue facilities. Private parking space is available.

Three nice walking paths for hiking start in front of the Villa, while you can also rent a horse or a pony from the nearby horse riding club, at 50 meters away. A tavern with traditional cuisine and live Cretan music once per week is found at 400 meters away. There is also a mini market at 4 km and a supermarket at 10 km.

Η πιο ευγενική οικοδέσποινα που μπορούσαμε να έχουμε, φροντίζει ο καλεσμένος της να έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και είναι πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει. Το σπίτι είναι καινούριο, πολύ άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, μόλις λίγο έξω από τα Χανιά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους.

Eine bessere Gastgeberin als Frau Georgia kann man sich nicht wünschen. Sie sorgt für alles was man braucht, ist rund um die Uhr hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben. Highlight sind die Köstlichkeiten was sie ihren Gäste anbietet.
Das Haus ist richtig schön, alles hochwertig und top sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, nur weniger Kilometer von Chania entfernt. Einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Nature Treasure Villa is a beautiful house with amazing views to the mountains, fields and down to Souda Bay. The owner lovely Mrs Georgia spoiled us with her tasty cookings and warm hospitality. The house is sparkling clean, very well equipped and beautifully designed for Cretan climate so you can get nice cool rest at night, have shade at patio at daytime and enjoy sunsets and stars from the terraces in the evenings. Georgia gives excellent recommendations for clear turquoise waters and daytrips in Crete. Would highly recommend.
