Nea Chora Maisonette is a 2-bedroom maisonette apartment, only 50 meters away from the sandy beach of Nea Chora and a few minutes walk away from numerous seafood restaurants, taverns, cafes and mini markets. The Venetian old Harbor and the center of Chania town with many shops are about 1 km away.

The ground floor level of the maisonette features an open plan double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom with a washing machine, which is separated with curtains for privacy, an open plan living room area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table.

An interior staircase leads from the open plan living room area to the top floor bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and a balcony with an outdoor seating area and side sea views. Free wireless internet, air condition in each bedroom, iron and hairdryer are provided. A small terrace with an outdoor seating area is also offered at the entrance of the maisonette.

Nea Chora is a waterfront and lively area with a sandy beach, many beachfront taverns, restaurants with seafood, cafes and a small marina with great views, close to all amenities. Chania Ktel Bus Station is also located 1 km away.

"My son and I absolutely loved the place. Walking distance to the sea and the location is great. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, the middle room was an additional bonus. Emmanuel and Yannis were helpful and responsive from the very start. The kitchen is a little tiny but that doesn’t matter as we weren’t interested in cooking anything. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience in Chania. Loved it. Highly recommend to everyone."
