PK Villa is a hospitable, traditional 3-bedroom villa with a private heated Jacuzzi on top floor balcony, which is located in the peaceful village of Emprosneros, 5 km from the small town of Vryses and 11 km away from the nearest sandy beach of Georgioupolis. A mini-market and a tavern can be found in the village of Emprosneros, at about 100 meters away only.
PK Villa has a big open plan area with a living room corner with a big flat screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table on the ground floor.
An internal staircase leads to the top floor where are offered two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the balcony with the heated Jacuzzi. One bedroom has a big single bed and direct access to the balcony with the jacuzzi. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV.
On the ground floor, a beautiful private courtyard with a barbecue and a pergola with a dining table are provided. The courtyard has a separate door with entrance in one more bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine.
PK Villa offers a private jacuzzi and sitting area with beautiful views of the village and the nature. Air-conditioning units in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a big electric kitchen, a big refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine are also provided.
All guests can find a mini-market and a tavern in the village of Emprosneros, and the winery of Douraki at 2 km away. The picturesque towns of Chania and Rethymno town are located about 35 km away each.
