Seaview Rustic Houses are two traditional maisonette style 2-bedroom houses, each one a few meters away from the other, located only 50 meters from the peaceful pebble Kalami beach and 400 meters from a sandy beach. A tavern and a traditional cafe can be found at about 1,5 km while the Venetian town of Chania lies 13 km west.
The ground floor of each house consists of an open plan living room with a fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with two single beds and a common shower bathroom are provided on the same floor. An interior staircase connects the ground floor to the top floor, where a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a lovely sea view balcony is offered in the attic level.
Both villas feature a sea view terrace with sun loungers, a sun umbrella and an outdoor seating area next to a beautiful garden with colorful plants and local trees. Air conditioning in each bedroom and a parking area are available.
Kalami is a picturesque village with a tranquil pebble beach, ideal for guests who wish to have a peaceful time. Bakeries, supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacy, dry cleaners, taverns and bars are found in the nearby Kalives village at 5 km east.
