La Villa Aretousa 1 est une toute nouvelle villa de 4 chambres avec piscine privée, construite sur deux niveaux. Elle est située à coté de la Villa Aretousa 2, 9 kms à l Ouest de La Canée et à 1100 m du fameux village cotier de Agia Marina et de son excellente plage de sable.

Un beau living spacieux avec espace repas et cuisine est offert dans la villa, ainsi qu une piscine privée. Des balcons spacieux aux vues mer magnifiques sont à disposition.

Agia Marina est une station balnéaire renommée de Crète aux belles plages de sable. Le long de la plage de sable de Agia Marina, vous trouverez de nombreux bars de piscine ou de plage, choix d activités sportives (jet ski, planche à voile, beach tennis, beach volley), possibilités de restauration et de belles vues sur la petite ile de Agioi Theodori. Il existe aussi magasins, restaurants, cafés et bars le long de la route cotière principale qui traverse le village.

Emmanuel was super friendly helpful communicative and delightful we loved our stay.

We were met at the door by the owner who was so kind and gracious, and we were immediately overwhelmed by the views and the house! We had an amazing view from the bedrooms and ate most of our dinners on the patio which also afforded us an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The house was lovely and comfortable with a/c units in every bedroom. In addition to the amazing space, everyone we corresponded with was incredibly responsive and helpful. If we ever make it back to Chania, we are definitely coming back to this home!
