The Villa Aretousa 1 is a sea view 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, 1100 meters from the sandy beach of Agia Marina. It is located 9 km west of the picturesque town of Chania, in walking distance with many taverns and restaurants.
A sea view living room with comfortable loungers, a 32" TFT satellite TV, DVD, stereo, an open plan dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are offered on the ground floor of the Villa. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine are also offered on the ground floor.
One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds that can be made as a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and one single bedroom are provided on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the three upper floor bedrooms have lovely sea views.
A private pool, a barbecue corner with a shaded dining table, a children playground and a small golf court are private in the courtyard of the villa. A gym room next to the pool is also under construction at the moment and will be ready for the season!
Agia Marina is a famous town of Crete with a fine, long sandy beach. Along the sandy beach there are offered numerous beach bars, pool bars, sport choices (jet skiing, windsurfing, beach tennis, beach volley), restaurants and lovely views on the islet of Agioi Theodoroi. Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are also located along the main seaside road that passes through the village.
