Stunning villa with beautiful views in a quiet area of Crete near the cute beach resort of Bali. Our first visit to Crete didn't disappoint, the villa was just as good as the photos and the quiet location was perfect for us. The driveway is very steep and the stairs are a spiral staircase so probably not suitable for the very elderly or small children. The breakfasts were incredible and the staff super helpful. You will need to go to Heraklion for your main food shop although bits and pieces can be purchased in the lovely beach town of Bali (5 mins drive away). We will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay! The breakfasts were so delicious and we were so relaxed. A quick drive to Bali where there are great beaches and places to eat. The pool was the perfect temperature and the accommodations were comfortable. We felt like this experience was a steal for the cost.

Our stay at Villa Dioni was fantastic. The villa is in a great setting, a 5 minute drive to the resort of Bali with a good choice of tavernas and bars and with a quiet beach and local taverna just over the road. The villa had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean with towels and bedding changed regularly during our stay. We loved the spacious pool area with quality sun loungers and even a swing seat. The highlight was the amazing breakfasts personally delivered every morning by Giannis who was very friendly and helpful and always available to answer any questions. We had such a good time that we rebooked to try one of the other Okeanides Villas next year.

Simple (but excellent) Taverna in walking distance (Taverna Chnaris)
