The lovely 5-bedroom Villa Grigoris is located in Sfakaki village, 800 meters away from the sandy beach. The Villa Grigoris is located 9 km east of the picturesque town of Rethymno.
The Villa is designed in maisonette style. A beautiful open-plan living room with a dinning area and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided on the ground floor.
Four comfortable bedrooms with big balconies with sea views are offered on the upper floor. One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a small double bed are provided. The 5th bedroom is a previous office area on the ground floor, next to the living room area, and it offers two single beds and a balcony.
One common wc on the ground floor, one common bathroom with shower and one en-suite bathroom with shower are provided on the upper floor. Please note that four air-conditions in the main four bedrooms, and one very strong air-condition in the open plan living room area on the ground level are provided.
A large garden lush of green with a private swimming pool and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue area are provided. There is also a private parking area provided in the Villa. Dishwasher, washing machine, safe box and satellite TV are offered as well.
The village of Sfakaki at 500 meters away is a seaside touristic village of the prefecture of Rethymno with nice sandy beaches, shops, mini-markets, restaurants, tavernas and all possible amenities. A car is suggested to explore the nearby sandy beaches of south Rethymno, and to visit the more lively during night, nearby village of Platanes.
