Villa Lygaria in Agia Pelagia, Heraklion

Villa Lygaria is a sea view 2-bedroom villa with a private pool (4*8 meters), lovely panoramic sea views, 500 meters from the sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from the town of Agia Pelagia and 20 km west of the city of Heraklion. The Villa is built in a private plot of 1200 sq m.

Villa Lygaria is built amphitheatrically overlooking the sandy beach of Lygaria. A beautiful courtyard with trees, flowers and patio furniture is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. The villa is ideal for couples and small families.

On the pool floor, which has an open plan design, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with two cozy sofas, a fireplace and a satellite television are provided. A microwave, a big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a dishwasher and wa ashing machine are provided.

The first bedroom is on the pool floor and it offers a double bed, a closet and a TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom is on the upper floor and it offers two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, an elevated loft with a single bed, a closet and air conditioning

One common shower bathroom on the ground floor and another common shower bathroom on the upper floor are provided. Another outdoor shower in the pool area, a barbecue corner and a private parking area are also available.

A lovely, private infinity pool with stunning sea views is provided in the courtyard of the villa. A few sun loungers, a seating area and a dining table compose an inviting outdoor space. Please note that the pool can be heated with the additional cost of 50 Euros per day.

The village of Lygaria offers cafe, very nice taverns, one supermarket and even a private scuba diving school. Moreover, in less than 4 km away there is the town of Agia Pelagia with a beautiful sandy beach, many restaurants and recreation facilities during the night.
