On the ground floor, which follows an open plan design, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with two cozy sofas, a fireplace and a satellite television are provided. A microwave, a big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine are provided.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and offers a double bed, a closet and a TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom is on the first floor and offers two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, an elevated loft with a single bed, a closet and air conditioning.

One of the sofas of the living room converts to bed and can sleep an extra guest if necessary. A shared shower bathroom is available on the ground floor, and a shared shower bathroom is available on the upper floor.

The village of Lygaria offers a lovely sandy beach with water sports, a cafe, very nice taverns, one supermarket and even a private scuba diving school. Moreover, in less than 5 km away there is Agia Pelagia with beautiful sandy beach, a few bars and restaurants as well.
