Villa Nature View is a 4-bedroom villa with a private heated pool, located in the peaceful village of Polemarchi, 4 km from the small town of Tavronitis and 22 km from the picturesque city of Chania. It consists of two sea view 2-bedroom apartments, one elevated ground floor apartment and a top floor apartment, with a private pool.
The elevated ground floor apartment a lovely open plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (Turquoise apartment). One bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed and a double bed are offered. Two bathrooms are available, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A veranda with a dining table that overlooks the surrounding tranquil area is also available. Both bedrooms and the open plan area provide air-conditioning.
The top floor apartment offers an open plan area with a fully equipped-kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom (Panorama apartment). One bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds are provided. One common bathroom is also provided. A veranda with a dining table that overlooks the surrounding tranquil area is also available.
Every Apartment has a living room with a TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a big refrigerator, an electric kitchen with ceramic hobs, and a microwave. The elevated ground floor apartment also offers a dishwasher.
A lovely private pool of about 40 square meters with sun loungers and a big pergola next to it is provided. The swimming pool can be heated, if needed, during autumn and spring with a small additional cost.
All guests have access to a beautiful garden area, where you can pick-up your tomatoes and vegetables and prepare them for your salad.
We would also like to inform you that the friendly owner and his wife live in a separate apartment on the semi-basement of the villa, however they have no use of the pool and the courtyard, which are totally private for you. They can also help, if you need anything, very fast.
Tavronitis is a small, traditional town near the sea with traditional cafes, a few tavernas and mini-markets, as well as a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, and patisserie, ensuring you have everything to enjoy your holiday. The mixed sandy-shingle beach is 5-minute drive by car. A little further is the fishing harbor of Kolymvari, famous for it excellent fish taverns.
