Villa Yianna in Almyrida, Chania

Villa Yianna is a lovely 2-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool that offers amazing panoramic sea and mountain views. The Villa is set 500 meters from the small, quiet sandy beach of Kera, 2.3 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida and 1.9 km from the sandy beach of Kalyves.

Built in maisonette style of 120 sq.m. in total, the air conditioned villa offers one double and another twin bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Tastefully decorated in light tones, the villa is fitted out with high quality furniture which create a home-like atmosphere. Large balconies overlook the pool area, the sea and the islet of Karga.

A spacious open plan area on the first/main floor offers a tastefully decorated living room with fireplace and dinning area for six. A flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a music-radio system are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven with stoves, coffee machine and a toaster, is also offered on the main floor.

On the top floor, all guests have a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and TV, painted in romantic shades and a cozy twin bedroom. A large luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi is provided on the same floor. Moreover, a second shower room with WC is available on the main floor.

Air conditioning and wireless internet are provided. Central heating, alarm security system, a safe deposit box, solar panel hot water heating, a washing machine, an iron with board, towels and linen are also included.

A beautiful,private swimming pool with parasols and sun-beds is offered in a lovely courtyard of 2000 sq. m. A barbecue and an exterior dining table are also provided. Parking is available in the courtyard.

Next to Villa Yianna is located the residence of the friendly owner of the Villa, who makes sure that all guests can experience the Cretan hospitality.

Guests may find a super market, shops, taverns and cafes in a 2 km distance. Chania old town lies 24 km away from the villa, while Chania International Airport is about 30 km away. Heraklion Airport is 124 km away.

My wife and I had a great 2 weeks at Villa Yianna. The host was brilliant and communication was top notch. The Villa itself was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. The outside areas had amazing views, although the location is a little close to a main road so can be a bit noisy during the day. It's just a 10 minute walk into Kalyves and 20 to Almyrida, both beautiful coastal towns. Make sure you check out Mistrali bar in Kalyves, great service, lovely beach area and good value for money. I'd thoroughly recommend Villa Yianna!!

We spent 2 fantastic weeks at Villa Yianna in Almirida. We were greeted very kindly upon arrival by the owner. The house is very comfortable for four people and the garden / pool area provides sunny spots as well as options to relax in the shade. House, pool and garden are well maintained and super clean. One day we had a small problem with the pool, which was immediately fixed by the owner's husband. She even provided us with local baking specialties and restaurant tips. Emmanuel and Yannis are very customer focused. We were provided with lots of helpful information at the beginning of the trip. The communication beforehand was absolutely smooth. All in all, we can recommend the villa and the hosts 100%.
