Villa Yianna van Almirída, Chania

Villa Yianna is a lovely 2-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool that offers amazing panoramic sea and mountain views. The Villa is set 500 meters from the small, quiet sandy beach of Kera, 2.3 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida and 1.9 km from the sandy beach of Kalyves.

Built in maisonette style of 120 sq.m. in total, the air conditioned villa offers one double and another twin bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Tastefully decorated in light tones, the villa is fitted out with high quality furniture which create a home-like atmosphere. Large balconies overlook the pool area, the sea and the islet of Karga.

A spacious open plan area on the first/main floor offers a tastefully decorated living room with fireplace and dinning area for six. A flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a music-radio system are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven with stoves, coffee machine and a toaster, is also offered on the main floor.

On the top floor, all guests have a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and TV, painted in romantic shades and a cozy twin bedroom. A large luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi is provided on the same floor. Moreover, a second shower room with WC is available on the main floor.

Air conditioning and wireless internet are provided. Central heating, alarm security system, a safe deposit box, solar panel hot water heating, a washing machine, an iron with board, towels and linen are also included.

A beautiful,private swimming pool with parasols and sun-beds is offered in a lovely courtyard of 2000 sq. m. A barbecue and an exterior dining table are also provided. Parking is available in the courtyard.

Next to Villa Yianna is located the residence of the friendly owner of the Villa, who makes sure that all guests can experience the Cretan hospitality.

Guests may find a super market, shops, taverns and cafes in a 2 km distance. Chania old town lies 24 km away from the villa, while Chania International Airport is about 30 km away. Heraklion Airport is 124 km away.

"The Villa was excellent in all respects - clean and functioning, with a well-equipped kitchen, much space for clothes and storing of things, comfortable beds and a nice garden & pool area. The pool was deep enough to allow swimming and water-running. The only minor weakness was the close-by busy road, but one gets used to it pretty soon, so it does not disturb too much. We stayed three weeks in the villa and had a perfect vacation."

This villa is absolutely stunning. The outside space and pool is lovely and the view from the balcony is beautiful! Inside was as described. Emmanuel & Yannis always quick to respond and provided lots of local helpful information & ideas. Lots of nice restaurants nearly, but whilst the town (in either direction) is within walking distance the roads are bendy and no official walkway. This was ok during the day but wouldn't want to do it in the dark. The local beach was really nice. Easy to walk to but is a little steep downhill. Small but nice. Unfortunately the bar was closed when we visited so cannot comment on that. The beaches at the little towns either side were really nice and we had a great beach day! Definitely somewhere we'd consider staying again.

The villa is in a fantastic location for exploring Crete. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean and regularly cleaned throughout our stay.
We had a wonderful time here and truly enjoyed every moment. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also really appreciated all the recommendations and helpful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
