The friendly, family run, Antilia Apartments are located in the traditional village of Tavronitis, 18 km west of Chania. The apartments are located on a hillside, with stunning views of the turquoise-blue Agean Sea that stretches from the Sparta peninsular to Agioi Thodorou island.
A private swimming pool with a terrace and a snack bar are offered. Barbeques and Cretan evenings are organised during some evenings. The gardens have beautiful geraniums, bougainvillea, roses and hibiscus flowers.

Tavronitis is a small town near the sea, which is ideally located as a base to explore west Crete. On the main road, there are a few shops, traditional cafes, tavernas and mini-markets, as well as a bakery, two butchers, a pharmacy, and a patisserie. The mixed sandy-shignle beach is a gentle walk away. At 4 km away, you can find the fishing harbour of Kolymvari, famous for it excellent fish tavernas.
