The modern villa is located in a peaceful place of great natural beauty, between the small mountains of Bali and the sea, 1700 meters from the sandy beach and 2 km from the charming town of Bali. It is 24 km east of the picturesque town of Rethymno and 43 km west of the city of Heraklion.

On the cozy ground floor, an open plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A fireplace, satellite LCD 32 inches television, and a DVD player are offered. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, a dishwasher, a big refrigerator, a big electric cooker, a washing machine, a coffeemaker, a boiler and a toaster. The ground floor also features a double bedroom with stunning sea views and an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a private balcony with breathtaking sea views. Additionally, a twin bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a balcony with wonderful sea views.

The property includes a lovely swimming pool of about 60 sqm with gorgeous sea views and although some of the most famous beaches on the island are nearby, relaxing by the pool is very tempting.
