There are restaurants within walking distance and a taverna on site- however if you want to explore further I would recommend having a car. Everyone who works here is lovely and accommodating. Maria provided some great recommendations for places to visit and Emmanuel was responsive if I needed anything. I will come back here next time I come to Crete!!"

"This place is really amazing! If you are looking for a peaceful escape this is it! Right on a gorgeous private beach - nicest beach we seen in Crete! Great loungers, lovely taverna and staff! It is a little far to walk to other spots but the staff helped us hire a car and made it all so easy! The staff were all so friendly and gave us lots of recommendations! This was my first time in Crete and we absolutely loved it!"

Lovely position overlooking a beautiful bay. The accommodation is nicely laid out, affording privacy and lovely views (if you are sea facing) with a nice beach to walk along. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Nice safe beach for children nearby. Position is slightly isolated, so not great if you want to do much exploring (we had been to Crete many times and done a lot of exploring so that wasn't a problem this time). Always ask for a sea-view apartment as the views over the neighbouring field aren't as good.

Magnifique appart hotel par sa situation les pieds dans l'eau à peine à quelques mètres de la plage et de la mer !
Tout le personnel est aceuillant, très gentil et exceptionnellement attentionné.
Sur la plage se trouve "The Sunset" Bar de plage privé qui offre tous le confort des transat au petits plas préparés avec amour par Malika, une française d'origine Algérienne qui s'est posée là il y à près de 20 ans ayant épousé un pêcheur grec. Infrastructures anciennes mais rénovée. Endroit et hotel à recommander

Near to the beach, swimming pool, near to Chania.
Possibility to go to Chania by Bus You need a car for buying your daily food (bread, fruits, milk, etc) We would suggest to place a rug in front of the door(s) to the entrance. That would help to avoid to bring sand in the appartment.

10 out of 10 0 Excellent especially for budget cautious travellers! Cosy beach just at a hand reach…and gosh that’s convenient – cold drinks in your fridge, afternoon nap retreat from mid-day heat. Beautiful sea view, terraces for evening vine, all makes you feel like at home rather than some alien in a hotel. As diet cautious we didn’t use the restaurant much, although found food always really delicious, good service, nice view. Kitchen was OK for cooking and travelling with a 2yo we really used this a lot. Basic amenities, but that just what we needed really. Located close to Chania, very convenient spot to travel to and visit POIs. 10 out of 10, highly recommended and many many many thanks for superb holidays!

Good, quiet location; nice taverna nearby; great view from our apartment, good distance to the pool (not too close, not too far) Rather small and not very efficient fridge In general Blue Beach is a great location and I can recommend it, but some apartments have not so nice view and neighborhood... You should check exactly which apartment you are going to book.

The place is very nice, the staff was pleasant,
And the view was beautiful.
Very close to a great beach and restaurant.
I recomand the hotel. Could be cleaner. There were flees in the rooms.
Maybe it was something about the seasone.
But all in all it was very good.
