Casa Rustica is a charming 2-bedroom Villa with a lovely private pool and panoramic sea views, designed with the life experience of the kind owner. A private, 40 sq m heated pool with a children corner and stunning sea views is provided. Casa Rustica is nestled in a peaceful location on top of a hill, 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme, and a 10-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach of Platanias. The charming old town of Chania is 20 km away.

A sea view open plan area with a living corner, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a sea view balcony are provided on the pool level. This level also features a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, if needed. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available for your convenience.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an additional wc. A very nice balcony with panoramic sea and nature views is also offered.

A lovely private pool with a children corner and beautiful sea views, a few sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a shaded barbecue and a traditional oven are offered in the beautiful patio of the villa. A private plot of 5.000 sqm planted with olive trees, a vineyard, and cypress trees awaits your exploration.

Casa Rustica can accommodate up to four guests in the two bedrooms, plus one additional guest on a range bed in the twin bedroom or on the couch (0,75 * 2 meters) next to the fireplace.

Air-condition in the two bedrooms and the living room area, and wireless internet are provided. We would also like to inform you that the pool can be heated with an additional cost of 300 Euros per week, if needed.

All guests can enjoy many restaurants, taverns and shops in the nearby village of Maleme, as well as the more vibrant town of Platanias, both within a short driving distance of less than 10 minutes.

Merveilleuses vacances passées dans cette superbe villa (Casa Rustica) toute bien équipée, très patique et très propre, avec une magnifique piscine et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous remercions tant le propriétaire que l'agence avec qui nous avons eu de très bons contacts, faciles et agréables. Nous pouvons que les recommander et les remercier. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés 😀 Lors de notre prochaine venue en Crète nous repasserons par TheHotel.gr 😉

Casa Rustica was just wonderful. Even though it’s secluded, within 10- 15 minutes you are at supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and great coffee. (Highly recommend Mr Coffee in Maleme) The house and pool are fab and the grounds are beautiful. You are spoilt for choice with the terraces and views to look at over breakfast. The recommendations for restaurants and activities given are spot on too. We had some amazing meals. We will be back!
