Charming Villa auf Platanias, Chania

Die Charming Villa ist eine neue 4-Schlafzimmer-Luxusvilla mit privatem Pool. Sie ist im traditionellen Maisonette-Stil mit überwiegenden Elementen wie Holz und Stein, die den traditionellen Charakter unterstreichen, gebaut. Die Villa ist 2,5 km vom Sandstrand in Platanias und 10 km westlich von Chania entfernt.

Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin und Sat-TV, ein Esstisch und die voll ausgestattete Küche befinden sich in einem offenen Design im Erdgeschoss. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und vier Badezimmer sind vorhanden.

Ein privater Pool und ein Außengrill werden auch im Innenhof angeboten. Die Villa ist ca. 200 m² groß auf einem privaten Grundstück von 1500 m².

In Platanias gibt es eine Reihe von Vergnügungs- und Freizeitsmöglichkeiten, wie elegante Restaurants, kleine Klubs, Bars, Poolbars, Juweliere, Supermärkte, Spiele, Strandsportaktivitäten, Spielplätze, Autovermietungsbüros und Banken. Es gibt eine gute und häufige Busverbindung nach Chania.

"The Villa was beautiful and as pictured. It was spacious and in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. Plenty of room to gather as a family but also space to enjoy time by yourself. The stone work is amazing. I would highly recommend the villa!"

We frequently used the BBQ area and enjoyed wood-grilled specialties from the local butcher... even in the mornings just a short way to the next bakery... We can definitely recommend this villa."

It's a great location to access Platanias very easily but still enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our host was lovely and we were so grateful for the lovely feta pie and salad that was made for us on our arrival."

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, and the views made every morning feel special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was taken care of, from smooth check-in to helpful local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the luxury and tranquility of a private retreat. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Very beautiful villa. Every bedroom has itsr own bathroom and toilets and air-conditioning. The garden and swimming pool are great to relax. The town of Platanias is about 5 minutes with car and mad market also, Chania 15 minutes by car. Very nice place for big family.
