Cozy Stone Villa is a traditional 3-bedroom villa in the tranquil village of Platanos, located only 5 km away from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. A supermarket is found at a few meters distance and the nearest restaurant is at 150 meters.

The stone-built Villa offers an open plan area with wooden traditional furniture, a fireplace corner, a dining table and a lovely arch creating a cozy and hospitable atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine is offered. A common bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a washing machine is available.

One master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and two more bedrooms with a double bed each are provided.

Cozy Stone Villa has a private courtyard with a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, beautiful plants and local trees. Nice views of the local nature and of the village of Platanos are offered. An outdoor seating area, and a barbecue corner with a dining table and a traditional oven are provided. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, and private parking are available.

The location of the Villa is ideal for those who wish to explore the famous beaches of west Crete. The long famous sandy beach of Falassarna with great sunset views is only 5 km away, and the beautiful Balos Lagoon is found at about 20 km away. The town of Kissamos is reached within a short drive of 6 km, while the unique beach of Elafonisi is about 40 km away.

The property is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space is absolutely lovely. Emmanuel and Yannis were really helpful and shared lots of information. There is a well stocked supermarket a short walk away and a lovely restaurant. A car is essential to explore the area. We would love to stay again."

" We all absolutely loved the villa, which iwell appointed, spacious, even nicer than it looks in the photos and has a great pool. The pool is potentially overlooked but there were rarely people around to make that an issue. The situation is amazing being only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Falassarno and lots of good eateries. There is a well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk from the property and bigger supermarkets available a short drive away in Kissamos."

Lovely villa with plenty of space and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It was a little difficult finding the entrance at first. The pool was amazing, crystal clear water and perfect for relaxing from the heat of the day. The air-conditioning was also nice for cooling the rooms down at night, although sometimes the breaker would switch off during the middle of the night. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place and felt right at home. Highly recommend!
