Cozy Stone Villa is a traditional 3-bedroom villa with a spacious private pool of about 50 sqm. It is located in the peaceful village of Platanos, only 5 km away from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. A big mini-market can be found at 200 meters distance and the nearest tavern at 150 meters.

The charming stone built villa features an open plan area with beautiful, handmade traditional furniture. A living area with a fireplace corner, a dining table, a lovely arch creating a cozy and hospitable atmosphere, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. An electric oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine are offered.

The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine is also available.

Cozy Stone Villa has a private courtyard with a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, beautiful plants and local trees. Nice views of the local nature and of the village of Platanos are offered. An outdoor seating area, and a barbecue corner with a dining table and a traditional oven are provided.

Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the open-plan area, and wireless internet is provided throughout the entire property.

The villa's location is perfect for guests looking to explore the renowned beaches of western Crete. The famous sandy stretch of Falassarna, known for its breathtaking sunsets, is just 5 km away, while the stunning Balos lagoon is approximately 20 km from the villa. The charming town of Kissamos is a short 6 km drive, and the picturesque beach of Elafonisi is about 40 km away.

" We all absolutely loved the villa, which iwell appointed, spacious, even nicer than it looks in the photos and has a great pool. The pool is potentially overlooked but there were rarely people around to make that an issue. The situation is amazing being only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Falassarno and lots of good eateries. There is a well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk from the property and bigger supermarkets available a short drive away in Kissamos."

The property is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space is absolutely lovely. Emmanuel and Yannis were really helpful and shared lots of information. There is a well stocked supermarket a short walk away and a lovely restaurant. A car is essential to explore the area. We would love to stay again."

Wonderful hosts, very communicative and a super beautiful space!
Experience was super lovely and a lot of fun was had with the swimming pools and games that come with the villa!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni molto belli in questa splendida casa. I ragazzi soprattutto hanno apprezzato molto la piscina e io gli altri spazi esterni come il porticato, i lettini e i divanetti, comodi per rilassarsi all’ombra con il venticello. La casa è molto grande, accogliente e caratteristica. In più, appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un delizioso piatto tipico appena cucinato in forno, dolci e acqua fresca. Insomma è stato tutto perfetto, compresa la taverna del centro del paese dove abbiamo passato due serate bellissime.
