Fortino Villa is a hospitable traditional villa with a master bedroom and an open attic with one more bed, about 1100 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Tersanas in a place of great natural beauty, among olive trees.

One master bedroom with a king size bed and an attic with a queen size bed are provided. A sea view private pool with sun loungers and a few nice outdoor dining areas are offered. A mini-market and two very nice taverns can be found in short walking distance. The picturesque town of Chania is about 11 km away.

Fortino Villa offers an open plan area with a dining table and an open fully-equipped kitchen. Vitro-ceramic hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster are provided.

The open plan area leads to the master bedroom with a king size bed and an office table. A wooden staircase also leads from the open plan area to an open attic with a queen size bed. One common bathroom with a shower cabin is offered.

All guests can enjoy a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. A traditional wood burning oven, and a few outdoor dining areas are available. Free wireless internet and air-condition are provided.

Fortino Villa is equipped with all modern amenities that guarantee a sense of autonomy, comfort and luxury. Parking in the plot of the villa, luxury linen, beach towels, beauty set, sleepers, bathrobes, air conditioning, TV LCD, Wi-Fi (free of charge), washing machine, ironing board and iron are offered.

This was one of the best holidays I have ever had. The location of the Fortino Villa is great, in an authentic and charming village within the walking distance of nearby local beach Tarsanas. On the plus side, Kalathas and Zorba’s beaches are close by as well. The Fortino Villa looks exactly like in the photos and it has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, starting from a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, to the best garden area with the figs and olive trees. The main bedroom is spacious, having its own AC if needed while another one is in the living room. The spare bedroom above the kitchen area is also good, the ceiling is somewhat lower but it serves its purpose just to hit the bed after a wonderful day and sleep.
The living room has a neat dining table but I would recommend spending your time in the garden during the evenings. The pool is larger than I was expecting and well maintained. The area is peaceful and private and you have several restaurants and local shops, including a pharmacy, nearby. If you rent a car, you can park it easily at the entrance of the garden and having an automated gate with a remote control is plus.
The host greeted us upon our arrival with a complimentary basket of fruits and even a bottle of local olive oil and a full rack of spices. She was so helpful, considerate and kind making sure we had everything during our stay, arranging cleaning services (including the pool) when it suited us. I have to mention the exquisite support from TheHotel.gr staff who were simply amazing, providing tips for exploring and were always there if we needed them by setting up a WhatsApp group chat.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations I had and seriously considering coming back again.

Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes Steinhaus mit neu angebautem Schlafzimmer. Gepflegte Einrichtung mit schöner Dekoration. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlage, freies WLAN. Alles was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr schöner großer Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Feigenbaum und Granatapfelbaum. Großer und sauber gepflegter Pool. Absolute Privatsphäre im Garten und am Pool. Ruhige Umgebung und schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, die Landschaft und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Flughafen ist zwar in der Nähe, aber der gelegentliche Flugverkehr ist nur kurz hörbar und hat uns nicht gestört. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Einige umliegende Strände sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus für Ruhesuchende absolut empfehlen.
