A few of the restaurants have play areas for the children so you can relax and there’s a mini mark within a few minutes walk from the villa. No need to rent a car as it’s all on your doorstep. Our hosts were so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better service from them."

We were 7 adults and 3 small children and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. There is a magnificent swimming pool at an ideal depth throughout and in a lovely setting, serviced every day by the pool attendant. We spent most of the time in the villa either around the pool or at the large table at the side that was in the shade. The owner was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for the 11-month old in our party. We would gladly return there."

We had a really great time in Crete and the stay at Emmanuel & Yannis’s listing contributed to that! The villa was clean, we had all the amenities we needed, the owner Mr Antonis was always super friendly and responded quickly. The pool area is great, the exterior is super green and private and we loved that. Definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back anytime!

This is great villa near two wonderful beaches in Stavros. The setting is lovely and the house is very spacious. We spent most of the time in the villa either around the pool or at the large table at the side that was in the shade. The owner was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for the 11-month old in our party.
The villa is well located, a few minutes walk to the beaches and 2-3 minutes for the local mini-markets, one of which also has a good taverna next to it. We would gladly return there.

The Villa was clean and had air con throughout which was a blessing for the kids after a long day at the beach and in the pool.

We have been two weeks in the Golden Sea Villa in august.
Two families, with a total of four adults and 5 young children.
The accommodation is just perfect for two families’ needs, and also perfect in ‘corona times’ as it allows independent living and dining.
A lot of amenities are available, including high speed WiFi and smart TVs in each apartment, very useful to have the kids watching Netflix while the adults are chilling with a couple of beers on the patio :)
It is close enough to a fantastic beach (walking distance) and in reach of all the Chania area, less than 2 hrs from Elafonisi and approx 1hr from the Samaria Gorges’ walk.
The owner is an outstanding host.
Extremely recommended!

The Owner and his parents were very generous hosts that treated us as we were a part of their family. Our host, was most gracious - especially to my in-laws, which means much to me. This was an extended-family vacation and there were quite a few of us accommodate. We were all more than happy with the house, the location, and our host’s abilities to assist us. Beautiful place!

Just returned from a week there with my family. Super quiet neighborhood that is a 2 minute walk from the market, the beach, and restaurants. House was beautiful and had everything we needed and a beautiful yard.
