Iakinthi Villa in Stavros, Chania

The 3-bedroom Iakinthi Villa in Stavros, Akrotiri is located 600 meters only from an excellent sandy beach (sunset beach) in the area of Stavros and 800 meters from the very beautiful blue beach, in a private plot of 4.000 sq m. The center of Stavros is 1100 meters away with many local taverns, mini markets and another very nice sandy beach. The town of Chania is 15 km away. A private swimming pool among lovely gardens with a mix of palm trees, pine trees and local plants is provided.

The first floor of the Villa is a big open area divided in two levels, which include an open plan living room with a big flat screen TV, a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a small wc on the upper level, and another smaller living room with a fireplace on the lower level.

Three bedrooms with one ensuite bathroom and another common bathroom are provided on the top floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds respectively.

Iakinthi Villa has a private swimming pool at the center of a spacious garden, where guests can relax on comfortable sun beds. Big sun umbrellas and a variety of plants and trees with many colors and smells are provided. The whole area of the plot of the villa is 4500 sqm.

A stone-built barbecue, air-conditioning units in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a private shaded parking area, washing machine, iron, microwave, big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine are provided.

We had the most incredible stay at Emmanuel & Yannis's place - if you go to Crete, you absolutely have to stay there! The pool and surrounding grounds are stunning and there is plenty of space to relax in the house. The location is peaceful and only a 10 minute walk to various beaches and bars/restaurants. The communication from the villa manager as well as the owners was brilliant and they couldn't do enough for us! We would love to return again - highly recommend if you are staying in Stavros!

What a fabulous place! The Villa is situated in a large plot of land with Olive trees, grapes, figs, capers all around you. The garden / pool area is meticulously maintained by the owners of the property. They were so amazingly kind and left us both goodies when we arrived and on 2 other occasions made us local pies and gave us produce. Just such amazing hospitality! The house is well equipped, spacious, well maintained and the pool is large and wonderful to enjoy. Without a doubt I would stay here again and hope I can come back sometime soon!
