MM Villa i Vryses, Chania

MM Villa is a hospitable 3-bedroom villa with a private pool located in the traditional village of Vryses, only 7 km from the town of Georgioupolis and its sandy beach. Within 500 meters, you can explore a variety of charming amenities, including nice taverns, a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional cafe, and a pharmacy. The picturesque town of Chania is located 31 km to the west, while Rethymno town is positioned 28 km to the east.

The pool floor of MM Villa offers an open plan area with a living room corner, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen counter and stools, a large refrigerator, a stove, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower is provided on this floor.

A staircase leads to the top floor of the villa, featuring the master bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. One more double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a common shower bathroom are provided on this level. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

The courtyard of the villa offers a private pool with sun loungers and a pergola with an outdoor dining table, a wood oven and a barbecue corner. You can enjoy beautiful nature views, a lovely garden area with orange trees, lemon trees and rosemary in addition to a small vineyard. Private parking space is provided.

Vryses is a famous traditional village of Crete with many taverns, mini-markets, a supermarket, a bakery and a candy store. It is a peaceful place to have lunch or dinner under the plane trees, and it is also a 10-minute distance from the lovely sandy beach.

The village of Vrises is a short pleasant walk away and has some nice taverns and a friendly bar as well as a good bakery and ice cream and coffee shop. It is a peaceful location and was very much enjoyed by our 8 and 11 year old."

"Ik kan werkelijk niks opnoemen wat niet goed was. De begeleiding van TheHotel.gr. is echt super goed. Begeleiden je van A tot Z en zijn zeer informatief. Het huis en de eigenaars zijn echt een 10+. We waren er 2 weken en om de 3 dagen kwamen ze het hele huis reinigen, handdoeken en beddengoed wisselen. De eigenaresse kwam ook regelmatig langs om te horen of alles goed was. Hierbij nam ze altijd wat lekkers mee van de bakker."

Der Zustand des Hauses ist 1A, einmal von der hochwertigen Ausstattung wie Einbaumöbel, einmal von der Sauberkeit. Noch einmal 5 Sterne Niveau. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Angefangen vom uneinsehbaren Garten über den gepflegten Rasen bis zur outdoor-Küche mit Holzkohlegrill und Tischtennisplatte. Auch die Zwischenreinigung ist sehr gründlich. Zusammengefaßt: Alles beste"

Emmanuel and Yannis were extremely helpful with any questions i had, always answered me quickly and were very friendly. The owner has to be the nicest owner yet, so incredibly kind and helpful. She met us on our arrival and showed us around, it was as described and was spotlessly clean. It was in a very quiet area the villa but so handy to be close to facilities. "Fabulous, amazing villa. Don't know where to start..... Lovely outside area, with views of mountains, great bbq area, nice pool, plenty of room. Table tennis table was a bonus. Inside luxurious as immaculate. Spotlessly clean. Loved the extra touches such passages fluffy bathrobes. Villa was in a great location. 5 minute walk in to Vryses village down a very quiet lane. Vryses has a couple of amazing bakeries and 4 or 5 tavernas. And a real local! Greek feel. 30 minutes to Chania, 25 to Rethymno and 10 to Georgiopolis. Owner was welcoming. Our flight delayed so we arrived very late. Owner waiting and had cooked us a fabulous pasta meal! Welcome pack was great - best we've had in many airbnb stays. Just great! Thanks so much!!"

"We stayed at M&M villa for 7 weeks. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome from the owners. The house is new, fully equipped, clean and picturesque. The beds and couch were pleasantly comfortable. The house is exactly as pictured. The pool area with in build BBQ is stunning, we cooked over the fire most days. Just a short walk to the beautiful village with taverna near the river, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it for any guests."

This is our second visit here this year. We came in June and again in October. We were met by Eirini, the owner, who arrived with moussaka, rice and lamb and a salad which was great after a long journey. The weather was brilliant during the day but chilly of a night time. We ate outside every evening and the owner supplied us with a plentiful supply of charcoal for the barbecue and wood for the pizza oven. Eirini couldn’t have been a better host and again we had a great holiday.

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und großzügiges Haus vorgefunden, das wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet ist. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden – von Gewürzen über Kochutensilien bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Besonders für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Unterkunft ideal: Es gibt ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl, Flaschenbürsten, sowie zur Desinfektion der Fläschchen eine Maschine. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist, dass für 4-6 Personen die Bäder etwas klein sind, mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die tolle Atmosphäre sehr genossen – vor allem die Abende am Haus waren sehr ruhig und entspannend. Der wunderschöne Pool war jetzt Ende September für uns schon etwas frisch. Zur Ankunft wurden wir mit einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Willkommenskorb überrascht, der alles für ein erstes Frühstück enthielt. Das war ein wirklich schöner Start in den Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und reagieren immer super schnell.
