Excellent location, by the beach. It was very clean, with new furniture and impeccable linen and towels (even beach towel were provided) l and had good quality cooking dishes.
Some little issues at check in with the balance to be paid - due to some mix-up the amount requested was higher but luckily I printed my confirmation and after some more checks it was ok.
Everything was adequate and of good quality and I would definitely recommend it and come back.
Shampoo, washing gel and some kitchen essential provided. Very hospitable host - we kept receiving food (we also found something for breakfast at check-in and fresh made pastries) from the lady next door who takes care of the house.
The stairs to the 1st floor were a little steep and it would have been great to have a door.

A wonderful location, sea, is in 100 meters. In the suites of rooms it is possible to dispose two monogynopaediums, very comfortably, that is two bathrooms. There is a beautiful terrace with a partial kind at the seaside. To the center 10 minutes on foot. The hosting is higher than every praises! Rest in spite of not very much fine weather was succeeded :) Separate thank you to the employees of Thehotel.gr, care of clients and operative connection!

Très bon sejour. La maisonnette est très bien agencée et très bien placée car à une centaine de mètres de la plage et de la petite ville. Nous avons été accueillis par la voisine qui s est occupée de nous pendant tout le séjour. Elle est très gentille et avenante. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir des petits plats chaque jour.
Nous reviendrons bien volontiers à Nea Chora Maisonette!

Lovely place with a lovely host! The house was very clean. Air con works well. Upstairs balcony is very nice and beds were super comfortable. The location is great, less than 1 minute to the beach, and nearly many restaurants and market. It’s in a small residential street and very quiet area.The owner was very lovely, she also brought us delicious dishes. If you are travelling as 2 groups, you need a two key to Please make the third key :D that will be left to the owner. I definitely recommend.

A great sized apartment in a wonderful location by the beach. Neighbour Asimina greeted us with food and was wonderful throughout our stay. We’re vegan and she even adapted her amazing cooking to our diet. She certainly went above and beyond expectations. The space is essentially a double studio, with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a small roof terrace. It’s in a small residential street with shops close by but is still very quiet. Air con works well and it is clean and tidy. You are one minute’s walk from the beach. Lots of great local restaurants and places to drink, or 15 minute walk to the old town harbour. Would stay again.

The accommodation was really nice, super clean, cosy, comfortable. It was well decorated with personal touch. Air-condition worked really well. Our children loved the bedroom upstairs. The location was gorgeous - the house was 1 minute walk to the beach. In addition, it was really the best part of the whole Nea Chora beach. The "landlady" was kind, always smiling, willing, helpful. She also brought us several delicious local dishes which we didn't expect at all. It was our best AirBnB experience - thank you for our perfect stay. Highly recommended.

I had the best time staying at Nea Chora Maisonette's place. They are great hosts and the apartment is super comfortable. I stayed here for a week with my friend and her daughter so there were three of us. We were very comfortable. My friends took the room downstairs and I took the room upstairs. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our privacy and the beds were super comfortable. All of the A/C's worked very well during the hot summer month of July and the place was kept extremely clean. You have all the amenities including plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels and two places to hang clothing that needs to dry. Asimina is the owner and she lives next door. She is incredibly caring and kind. She would check on us every day and offer us amazing snacks on a daily basis. She cleaned and changed our bedding and towels while we were there too. I really felt like she took us in as personal guests. The location was perfect for us. It is far away from Chania town so that you don't feel so crowded in the middle of summer, but yet it is a short and beautiful walk into town so you can explore the beautiful town of Chania. The apartment is only 50 meters from the beach and you can actually see the ocean and feel the sea breeze from the upstairs balcony. There are plenty of restaurants in Nea Chora so it is great to spend the day at the beach, have your breakfast or lunch, and then walk into Chania to see the sunset, have a bite to eat and shop. I believe this family and Emmanuel and Yannis demonstrate the true hospitality of Crete. We were really looked after very well and I can't wait to return.

It is located a stones throw from the beach so the location for us was excellent with all the local restaurants and the town nearby. In addition Emmanuel & Yannis were also great communicators and they sent extra information to the maisonette for our arrival plus a complimentary bottle of wine which was very kind. They stayed in touch so that if there was any problem or if we needed to book anything whilst in Crete they were available to help. It was a great experience and we were well looked after. Thank you so much Asimina and wishing you a great summer.
