Platanias Villas sind eine Gruppe von 7 eleganten traditionellen Villen, mit jeweils einem privaten Pool, nach weniger Gehminuten vom Strand. Sie befinden sich im lebhaften Stadt von Platanias, 800 m vom schönen Sandstrand mit blauer Flagge, 1000 m vom Stadtzentrum, und 11 km westlich der Altstadt von Chania entfernt.

Jede Villa ist voll möblierte für einen luxoriösen Urlaub mit Eleganz und Privatsphäre und eine entspannten Atmosphäre. Fünf Villen bieten 2, 3 oder 4 Schlafzimmer mit einem privaten halb innen und halb außenpool, und zwei Villen mit drei Schlafzimmer und einem privaten Innenpool.

Jede Villa verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem offenen Essbereich und eine Wohnzimmerecke im Erdgeschoss. Ein oder zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss vorhanden, und die restlichen Schlafzimmer werden im Obergeschoss angeboten. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bieten einen Balkon mit Gartenblick. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eigenen Badezimmern.

Platanias ist eine bekannte touristische Stadt auf Kreta mit vielen Restaurants, Taverne, Cafés, Minimärkten, zwei Supermärkten, Bars, einer Poolbar, zahlreiche Geschäften, einige Wassersportarten, Kinderspielplätzen und Minigolfplätzen, alles in kurz Entfernung zu Fuß von Platanias Villas.

"Emamanuel and Yanni are excellent at communicating and the location was fantastic. It felt as though we were miles from town but it was only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was close by. We did have to buy a few items for the place like coffee sugar soap and sponges. But they immediately repaid me for them. They are definitely top notch and we really enjoyed our time and the restaurant suggestions they gave us."

We had a really lovely stay at caldera villas Platanias. The hotel.gr is fantastic with prompt communication and any issues. From enquiring with them about accommodation to hiring of mobility scooters and whilst holidaying there they are so helpful. The villa is ideal set amongst lovely grounds which are maintained to a high standard. Lots of indoor and outdoor space . A lovely 10 min max walk to the main road and beach past chickens, cows and lovely olive groves as well as seeing other fruits growing. Lots of restaurants and supermarket well stocked within walking distance.
The villa has a lovely half inside and outside pool with plenty of sunbeds and areas of shade when needed.
The villa owner responded and dealt with a coupe of issues outside of their control (wasps nest and a missing plug that wasn't missing) immediately. TheHotegr followed up to ensure they had been dealt with.

Otroligt fint boende. Vi var 9 personer som alla är jättenöjda! Jättefin pool, stora sovrum, välutrustat kök och gångavstånd till centrum. Värden svarade alltid inom 20 minuter och var trevliga hela tiden. Hjälpte oss med transfer och fixade allt annat vi frågade om. Kommer absolut åka tillbaka!
