We had a really lovely stay at caldera villas Platanias. The hotel.gr is fantastic with prompt communication and any issues. From enquiring with them about accommodation to hiring of mobility scooters and whilst holidaying there they are so helpful. The villa is ideal set amongst lovely grounds which are maintained to a high standard. Lots of indoor and outdoor space . A lovely 10 min max walk to the main road and beach past chickens, cows and lovely olive groves as well as seeing other fruits growing. Lots of restaurants and supermarket well stocked within walking distance.
The villa has a lovely half inside and outside pool with plenty of sunbeds and areas of shade when needed.
The villa owner responded and dealt with a coupe of issues outside of their control (wasps nest and a missing plug that wasn't missing) immediately. TheHotegr followed up to ensure they had been dealt with.

Otroligt fint boende. Vi var 9 personer som alla är jättenöjda! Jättefin pool, stora sovrum, välutrustat kök och gångavstånd till centrum. Värden svarade alltid inom 20 minuter och var trevliga hela tiden. Hjälpte oss med transfer och fixade allt annat vi frågade om. Kommer absolut åka tillbaka!

Most gorgeous spot, and the best peace and quiet for the end of the day. Our group of friends had the best time. Between the pool and the ample space for us to choose either to hang out, or have some solo time, this was the perfect spot. It’s out of the craziness but still very accessible. The house was very clean, and the convenience of having someone coming to check on us was very hotel like. I wouldn’t expect to want the pool heated in August but we ended up asking for the additional perk, since the water got pretty cold. Will go back on a heartbeat.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the property. The home was comfortable, rooms large and having 4.5 baths was wonderful. Pool was great and the hosts very responsive. About a 10 min easy walk to the beach and to the heart of the town.

The house was beautiful and the inside/outside pool was a lot of fun for my kids. The hosts were super responsive and we enjoyed our time there. The house was a little further away from the main street/beach then I thought and did not feel comfortable walking through the fields especially at night since there are no lights.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We were traveling with a handicapped person and the amenities were perfect for wheelchair. My son enjoyed the pool every of our 12 days vacation. We initially traveled for a wedding - had we know that we could have organized a welcome dinner before the wedding ceremony we would have recommended to have it there. I would definitely recommend this location.

We had a lovely holiday there. A few minor issues arose with the villa but were resolved quickly. Hosts and resort manager were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely return to Platanias.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Trotz der großen Hitze haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dank Klimaanlage und tollem, erfrischendem Pool! Im Zimmer oben rechts hört man bei ungünstigem Wind ein kleines bisschen die Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und schöne Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das ganze Haus ist blitzsauber, dank dem supernetten Reinigungsservice. Rundum haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank!

Great family holiday. The villa had everything we required and was close to amenities, but was very peaceful and well kept. The staff at the villa were also very attentive and helpful.

Emamanuel and Yanni are excellent at communicating and the location was fantastic. It felt as though we were miles from town but it was only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was close by. We did have to buy a few items for the place like coffee sugar soap and sponges. But they immediately repaid me for them. They are definitely top notch and we really enjoyed our time and the restaurant suggestions they gave us.

The Villa was exactly as pictured. The property and villas are very well kept, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The town is an easy walk, no need for a car. The on site property managers are very responsive and do an excellent job of making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Yannis was super helpful wonderful host. He always checked in to see how we were doing and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and the landscape is very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The communication started from minutes after we booked the stay and never let off till the moment we left. the property is spectacular, the location was fantastic and Neto and his wife who take care of the villas where on hand throughout of week long stay helping make this one of our best experiences via AirBnB. I cant emphasize enough what a great experience and value that you get when staying here, thank you so much for making this one of our most memorable experiences !!

"A lovely, clean villa on a beautifully maintained private gated complex. Excellent and prompt communication with the hosts. 10-15 mins walk to the local beach and town. The beach is a busy one but very clean and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, excellent restaurants and bars and the town has the same plus nice shops, clothes, souvenirs and supermarkets."
