Southern Paradise Villas i Kalamaki, Chania

Southern Paradise Villas are three new, luxury 3-bedroom Villas, each with a private pool, at 300 meters only from the lovely sandy beach of Kalamaki. All guests can enjoy a few very nice restaurants in short walking distance. Two mini-markets are also easily accessible on foot.

Every villa has an open plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and a dining table. One bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom are provided on the ground floor while two more bedrooms with king size beds and two en-suite bathrooms are offered on the top floor in every Villa.

A big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. Satellite TV and wireless internet are offered. Air-condition is also provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area.

Every Southern Paradise Villa has a private courtyard and a private pool of about 20 sq m. A few sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.

Kalamaki is a seaside village with a beautiful, long sandy beach 5 km west of Chania. Here the guests can enjoy several beach taverns, restaurants and cafes. Mini-markets and all the daily facilities are provided in the village.

"Beautiful accommodation close proximity to beach and shops. 10 minute drive to the old town. Great to have underground parking. The hosts were amazing and accommodated all our requests- even going out there way to get a bbq for us one day evening and helping us organise a chef. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing week in the sunshine."

"We loved our stay at Emmanuel and Yannis lovely villa. We were a group of 6 girls and found the Villa very spacious/modern with a beautiful pool and plenty of seating around the pool. Great area, nice beach close walk and a bus stop to get into Chania. Emmanuel and Yannis are great hosts and helps us around transfers and helped us out with being flexible when our flight was delayed. We love our stay and would highly recommend."

"We experienced Southern paradise villa as a well equipped clean and modern house including a garage and with comfortable bedrooms each with an own bathroom. The outdoor and pool area are beautiful with a big table for long evenings by the pool. It takes 10min by car to go to the nearest very nice beaches with caves and beach bars. Nearest restaurants are 5 min away by foot. The lovely host works nearby quickly helped us with any request we had. We can definitely recommend staying here as a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxed vacation!"

"It was a hotel like experience! Everything was clean and nice. Every bedroom has air conditioning and individual bathroom so it's perfect for 3 couples. We really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities were as described in the whole villa. There was an underground parking space. It was really nice to have a full clean in the middle of our one week stay. The host provided really great recommendations of what to do around and which restaurants to go to and we enjoyed some of them! The location is close by foot to a beach and some restaurants and in 15 minutes by car you are in the center of Chania. Everything was great! Thank you for this amazing stay!"

It was perfect. Location was great. Place was immaculate! Very comfortable. If I ever travel to Crete again I will choose this same location. Host very kind and responsive.
