  • "We experienced Southern paradise villa as a well equipped clean and modern house including a garage and with comfortable bedrooms each with an own bathroom. The outdoor and pool area are beautiful with a big table for long evenings by the pool. It takes 10min by car to go to the nearest very nice beaches with caves and beach bars. Nearest restaurants are 5 min away by foot. The lovely host works nearby quickly helped us with any request we had. We can definitely recommend staying here as a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxed vacation!"

The hosts were amazing and accommodated all our requests- even going out there way to get a bbq for us one day evening and helping us organise a chef. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing week in the sunshine."

  • "It was a hotel like experience! Everything was clean and nice. Every bedroom has air conditioning and individual bathroom so it's perfect for 3 couples. We really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities were as described in the whole villa. There was an underground parking space. It was really nice to have a full clean in the middle of our one week stay. The host provided really great recommendations of what to do around and which restaurants to go to and we enjoyed some of them! The location is close by foot to a beach and some restaurants and in 15 minutes by car you are in the center of Chania. Everything was great! Thank you for this amazing stay!"

We loved our stay at Emmanuel and Yannis lovely villa. We were a group of 6 girls and found the Villa very spacious/modern with a beautiful pool and plenty of seating around the pool. Great area, nice beach close walk and a bus stop to get into Chania. Emmanuel and Yannis are great hosts and helps us around transfers and helped us out with being flexible when our flight was delayed. We love our stay and would highly recommend.

Very practical for a group of couples with private bathrooms in each room. The living area is spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. I went there with 10 of my friends after a wedding and we very much enjoyed our stay in this villa.

Just like in the pictures, this place is the best you can ask for... It was very convenient for us (a family of 3 couples and 2 babies), homey but with luxury... The kitchen was equipped above and beyond, beds were very comfy, and the pool side area was a great fun. Leo the owner was very responsive for every request we had. Parking garage is a bit tight but we managed without a problem. Just make sure to ask to turn on the boiler for you if it's a cloudy day. Great mini market and good restaurants within 5 minutes walking.

We used two villas for 10 persons. Everyone was happy. Both hikes were immaculate and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and the pool was enjoyable.

This villa is just amazing if you are a group of friends or two or three couples. The pool is nice, the furniture and equipment is great, the villa is very clean and tidy and the communication with the hosts is amazing - they really care about you a lot! There is nothing to complain about, its just great there. Enjoy!
