We had a great time in this house! Has everything you need for a week stay. (Shared) Pool area is lovely in the evenings (no shade for during the day in August when so hot!). A nice veranda too attached to the house for the evenings. The view for the villa is fabulous! There are a couple of nice tavernas in the town too within 5 mins walk. Kissamos beach is 25 mins car ride (we recommend Maria Beach if you go there!) and Elafonissi is just 45 mins away and worth a visit just once (very crowded but water spectacular!).

Nous avons trouvé votre location très agréable et bien équipée, très bon rapport qualité prix. Située à 45 minutes de tous les endroits que nous voulions voir, elle était bien située. Le village et les habitants du village de Topolia sont très agréables. Propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs.

Topolia is a very good place for many reasons: located between the different wellknown beaches that are Balos, phalassarna, Elafonissi, but also with the sweet wind that there is at this altitude, and with the commodities there is close to the house (3 restaurants, 1 small bakery, 1 mini "authentic" market). House is quite Big, and all the necessary is there. There is a nice terrace, that get shadow at 2pm, which is very appreciable. The shared swimming pool is quite big and offer us this advantage to go in water when we want. We had very good moment at this house in Topolia!

With Emmanuel & Yannis you can receive the best service ever! Very helpful and attentive to all our needs! I would definitely recommend their service! The house itself was extremely nice and the location is perfect! You definitely need a car. The pool is not as big as we thought it would be but it was nice and relaxing. A lot of good restaurants in the area we highly recommend Oinohoos. All in all it was an excellent vacation!

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful villa. The views, the house, the amenities, the location and the hospitality of our host were absolutely lovely. Our time here will be remembered as one of the most beautiful we've ever had. The house has everything you need, is big and cozy. The manager of the property was always helpful even when I fell ill and needed medical attention, they guided me where to go and what to do. We even became friends with the most lovely cat I've ever encountered (I'm not a cat person). The stars at night are so clear you can see the milky way, the town is so small yet has its own shop and restaurants. it is located on the side of a hill on the way to an impressive gorge. From here you have less to an hour drive to 3 of the most impressive beaches in all Crete, Elafonisi, Balos and Falassarna. The town of Kissamos is 16 min. drive and there you can find anything you need. We stayed for the whole month which improved the rental price. If you are a digital nomad like me and my gf, please make sure with the owner that they've installed a wifi repeater indoors since the connection was not good and we needed to compensate with a Vodafone sim card. BTW, apart from the pool, there is a bbq grill and a pizza oven. Make sure to enjoy them too. ;-)

Beautiful complex of apartments/villas with shared pool and big terrace with view on the mountains. The Topolia villa 1 is well maintained, has a fully equipped kitchen, private terrace. The apartment has all you need (washing machine, dishwasher, deck chairs on the private terrace, toiletries). The owners are very kind and take care of all your needs. The wifi is working perfectly. The position is strategic to reach all main beaches and places of the east part of Crete (1 hour from Chania town, 45 minutes from Elafonissis, 35 minutes from Falasarna). The nearest town is Kissamos (15-20 minutes by car) with banks, supermarkets and many shops and services.

Ce logement est situé dans les montagnes, dans un petit village. Si vous cherchez tranquillité et calme, vous serez servis. L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y a un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique. Une piscine est également disponible à l’etage Juste au dessus, c’est un vrai plus. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Topolia, les hôtes sont très gentils, généreux et d’une hospitalité unique. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

I fully recommend this host and the place for a holiday stay in Western Crete. This traditional villa is beautifully located with amazing mountain views and nice little pool (which is well-maintained and cleaned regularly). Although you need a car and a ~45 min drive to get to the nearest beautiful beaches (Balos, Elafonissi) the Topolia village offers a very local experience with great traditional taverns with amazing food and hospitality. Absolutely recommend to anyone preferring to stay away from the crowded towns but still be less than 1 hour away from spots like Chania, Rethimno or the amazing beaches.

L’appartamento è piccolo, ma ben organizzato negli spazi, pulito e accogliente. Si trova all’interno di un piccolo e gradevole complesso dotato di piscina, che avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento negli spazi comuni. Una buona soluzione per chi la utilizza come base d’appoggio trascorrendo le intere giornate al mare. Noi siamo una coppia con due bambini e lo abbiamo trovato molto strategico per la posizione, poiché Topolia consente di raggiungere sia le spiagge a sud, Elafonissi in 40 minuti circa, sia quelle a Nord ad esempio Balos e Falasarna. Inoltre a 15 minuti di auto si raggiunge Kissamos, cittadina sul mare dove si possono trovare supermercati, macellerie, farmacie e il porto. Per chi viene a Creta riteniamo che questa zona sia assolutamente da visitare.

We loved the house and the House Owner. The first day he brought us this big Watermelon karpouzi!
It was a very relaxing place after a day out. The House was sweet with a nice view and the swimming pool was Top!
Off course the Village is the only way to go to Elafonisi so it was busy. Due to Corona it wasn’t as normal, lucky for us....
The restaurants in Topolia where all very nice! This site of island, we loved it!!
Also thank you Maria for checking in on us and giving us info when we needed it!

Overall, super vacation! Next year we will come back.
