Topolia Villas in Falassarna, Chania

Topolia villas is a small group of four traditional style villas sharing a large common swimming pool, 12 km from the sandy beach. One 1-bedroom Villa, one 2-bedroom Villa, one 3-bedroom and one 4-bedroom Villa are provided.

The villas are located in the peaceful village of Topolia between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). The town of Kissamos is 12 km away and the picturesque town of Chania is located 45 km away.

Every villa offers an elegant fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room. Wood and stone have been used generously in the construction of the villas to create a lovely, traditional and romantic character. The traditional villas share a large swimming pool equipped with comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Topolia is a small, very tranquil, picturesque village, ideal for families seeking for relaxation and for nature lovers. A traditional bakery shop next to the villas, two mini markets and a tavern are easily reachable on foot. In the nearby village of Kastelli, all guests have the opportunity to taste some mouth watering Greek specialities or visit very large supermakets for food supplies and shopping.

"Had a wonderful stay in the villa, its a lovely complex with lots of traditional features and a great pool and lovely views. The village is lovely, friendly and with 3 great tavernas. Our favorite was Topos & Elias, excellent food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The villa is a great location for exploring western Crete, including getting to Elafonisi and Falasarna beaches. Palaiochora is a really nice little town with shops, tavernas and beach. Chania not too far away and is really worth the visit. Our communication with the villa team was very easy and helpful."

Had a wonderful stay in the villa, its a lovely complex with lots of traditional features and a great pool and lovely views. The village is lovely, friendly and with 3 great tavernas. Our favorite was Topos & Elias, excellent food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The villa is a great location for exploring western Crete, including getting to Elafonisi and Falasarna beaches. Palaiochora is a really nice little town with shops, tavernas and beach. Chania not too far away and is really worth the visit. Our communication with the villa team was very easy and helpful.

Ce fût un séjour exceptionnel à Topolia. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Et la vue est sublime. Les repas sur la terrasse sont très agréables car le vent rafraichit. Le logement est parfaitement équipé pour cuisiner. Les 4 chambres ont chacune leur salle de douche et leur WC, ce qui est très confortable. La piscine est super !
