Villa Athina is a picturesque, traditional 3-bedroom villa with a sea view private pool, built in the seaside resort of Stalos, 3 km away from the sea and the sandy beach.

The two-storey villa combines traditional furnishings with a welcoming, open-plan living area featuring a fireplace, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. It offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a beautiful sea-view terrace with a private pool.

On the ground floor, there is a sea view bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king size bed, with a lovely veranda in front. One bathroom with a shower, as well as the picturesque open plan living room, the dining room and the fully-equipped kitchen are provided.

On the upper floor, Villa Athina offers two bedrooms. The first features a king-size bed, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower, and a sea-view balcony. The second includes a double bed, a bathroom with a steam shower, and its own balcony with excellent sea views.

Stalos is a waterfront touristic village that is located 7 km west of the town of Chania. It is made-up by a long, endless, sandy beach and a very lively waterfront with numerous cafes, restaurants, tavernas and bars located along the seaside road.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la villa Athina. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, bien équipée avec une vue imprenable et un environnement calme. Nous avons également apprécié grandement le service de nettoyage. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis bien encadrés par Emanuel et Yannis qui ont toujours rapidement répondu à nos messages. Mille mercis pour tout! Nous recommandons chaudement un séjour à la Villa Athina! Christine & Matthias

We can only agree with the previous reviews: a dream location, numerous options for retreating to various terraces or areas with comfortable seating or enjoying meals in any weather, sufficient cold and hot water, a clean pool, a beautiful living room that we (unfortunately) didn't use because the weather was simply too good and we preferred to be outside; on the first floor with a fantastic view, there's a larger master bedroom with a larger bathroom and a smaller bedroom with a shower room, and on the ground floor, a smaller bedroom with a bathroom across the hallway. And above all, a kitchen with good light and lighting, truly sufficient dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals. All rooms are furnished with beautiful folk furniture. We were also provided with plenty of information before our departure, and the directions were perfect. Yes, it's a long and winding road, and when you first approach it, you think you've taken the wrong turn, especially at night; but we quickly learned to appreciate the wonderful views this route offers. We've had many vacation homes over the past 50 years, and some very special ones in recent years, but Villa Athina was our highlight. Stathis warmly welcomed us upon our late arrival and showed us around the house. Georgia provided an extra parasol at our request. The housekeeping service made our relaxation much easier, and the pool manager also came regularly. We would especially like to mention the friendly and polite owners and staff of TheGreekHotel, Emmanuel, Yannis, and Maria, who helped us quickly and easily with any problems (not caused by the villa) and were there to ease some of our worries. That's not something to be taken for granted. We would book with TheGreekHotel again at any time and would gladly return to Villa Athina.
