On the ground floor there is the open plan picturesque and sea view living room (with fireplace), the fully-equiped kitchen and the spacious dining room. A lovely stonebuilt arch is designed to merge the spaces, creating a romantic atmosphere.

Villa Athina includes a lovely heated swimming pool with gorgeous sea views and children pool in the one corner. Wonderful sea views are provided from the interior and the courtyard of the villa.

The villa also offers a barbecue, a washing machine, and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need: dishwasher, big refrigerator, full size electric cooker, coffeemaker, boiler and toaster. Moreover, air-condition, and three bathrooms (two of them en suite) are provided.
