Villa Cacasa van Perama, Rethymno

Villa Cacasa is a just renovated 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool, in the tranquil small village of Choumeri. The villa is located 4,5 km from the town of Perama, 10 km from the nearest sandy beach, and 30 km from the picturesque town of Rethymno.

Villa Cacasa is built in maisonette style. On the ground floor, it offers an open plan area with a living room corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom with a shower.

The top floor of the Villa has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and another bathroom with a shower. An 8th guest can also sleep in an additional portable bed.

All guests can enjoy a beautiful courtyard offering a private pool of 32 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor sitting table and a barbecue corner are also offered. The Villa provides air-condition, wireless satellite internet, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Many taverns, restaurants, mini markets, a bakery shop, a pharmacy, and ATM machines can be found in the town of Perama at 4.5 km away. In the village of Choumeri one grocery shop is provided. The seaside villages of Panormo at 10 km away, and Bali at 14 km away, offer excellent sandy beaches and even more recreation amenities next to the sea, like sea sports and beach restaurants.

"Fantastisch!! Villa Cacasa is een prachtige woning waar wij met 7 personen verbleven voor 8 dagen. Zeer ruime woning met ruime kamers voorzien van airco. Prachtig terras met heel ruim zwembad, barbecue, lig zetels en voldoende parasols. Heel rustige ligging, van de buren heb je absoluut geen last, en ook geen inkijk. Even tot aan het dakterras lopen tot helemaal boven loont ook de moeite om mooie foto's te nemen van de streek."

A mi- distance entre Heraklion et Rethymon et à 15 minutes des plages de Bali . Merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, le ménage nous a été proposé à plusieurs reprises pendant le séjour avec changement des draps et remplacement des serviettes de bain et piscine. Cuisine totalement équipée ! Merci encore"

Wat een mooie villa, brandschoon met alle voorzieningen. heerlijk zwembad. een auto is een must in de buurt. de host reageerde razendsnel als er een vraag was en we voelden ons als familie van 6 erg welkom. enorm bedankt voor deze fijne week!

Could not fault this place. Spacious and in a great peaceful location which was just what we needed but close enough with a hire car to have lots of day trips out to both sides of the island. The owners and the host were great at communicating checking all was OK with us without being intrusive. She came twice during our 11n stay to clean, bring fresh towels and bed linen and she was so lovely and friendly. The pool and outdoor table and sunbeds were all great. The air con worked well. The bathrooms were a good size. This villa ticked all the boxes thank you 😊
