Villa Cacasa i Perama, Rethymno

Villa Cacasa is a just renovated 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool, in the tranquil small village of Choumeri. The villa is located 4,5 km from the town of Perama, 10 km from the nearest sandy beach, and 30 km from the picturesque town of Rethymno.

Villa Cacasa is built in maisonette style. On the ground floor, it offers an open plan area with a living room corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom with a shower.

The top floor of the Villa has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and another bathroom with a shower. An 8th guest can also sleep in an additional portable bed.

All guests can enjoy a beautiful courtyard offering a private pool of 32 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor sitting table and a barbecue corner are also offered. The Villa provides air-condition, wireless satellite internet, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Many taverns, restaurants, mini markets, a bakery shop, a pharmacy, and ATM machines can be found in the town of Perama at 4.5 km away. In the village of Choumeri one grocery shop is provided. The seaside villages of Panormo at 10 km away, and Bali at 14 km away, offer excellent sandy beaches and even more recreation amenities next to the sea, like sea sports and beach restaurants.

The house is just amazing. Great bedrooms and an awesome pool. The kitchen is well equipped also. You will of course need a car but parking is also provided. The stay was made even better by the owner who took great care of us and the house. We’re traveling now with Airbnb for 10 years and this was probably one of the best stays we rented. Would recommend to anyone as you will feel like home!
