Villa Aretousa 2 is a sea view 6-bedroom villa with a private pool and a mini golf, 1100 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Agia Marina. It is located next to many taverns and restaurants, 9 km west of Chania.

The ground floor level of the villa offers one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. A common shower bathroom is also offered on this level.

The middle floor has an open plan living room with a dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a common shower bathroom.

Three more bedrooms (one bedroom with a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds that can be made as a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom) are offered on the top floor of the villa.

All guests can enjoy a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor seating and a shaded dining area and balconies with great sea views. A mini-golf is also offered. Wireless internet, air condition units, barbecue facilities and parking space are provided.

Agia Marina is a famous town of Crete with a beautiful sandy beach with numerous beach bars, pool bars, sport choices (jet skiing, windsurfing, beach tennis, beach volley), food facilities and lovely views on the islet of Agioi Theodori. Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are also located in the main seaside road that passes through the village, at a small walking distance from the villa.

Flott villa med et kjempefint uteområde med et meget godt basseng som ble flittig brukt. Villaen lå på en høyde og selvom det var veldig varmt så kom det en liten svalende bevegelse av luften. Et kjempe fint sted

Our recent stay at the villa (family group of 8 adults) was fantastic, we loved the layout of this modern spacious villa, great poolside space and outdoor dining space. The views were amazing enjoying the sunsets and sunrises! Beach was only a 20 min walk and excellent local restaurants just a 15 min walk. The host was very welcoming and helpful as was the pre arrival communication with Maria and Yannis at thehotel.gr. We are already looking at dates for a return to the villa in june next year!
