  • "Villa Kamara is stunning and cozy. Located in a very small rural village, your stay will be calm and private. The house has got all needed amenities, from a fully functional kitchen to a large table and comfortable living room area with a warm fireplace and TV. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Sheets, towels and basics were provided plentily. Emmanuel & Co made sure to check in with us regularly if we needed anything and responded very quickly to all our requests. They provided helpful advice and suggestions at all times. Furthermore, we were greeted by the lovely house owners with a homemade cake and Raki. What a warm welcome! I would recommend this house to groups of 2 to 6 people who want to do day trips in the area and get to know Crete. A rental car is absolutely needed however. We had a wonderful time here! Very fond memories! Thank you so much!"

If you are looking to disconnect and properly relax on your trip to Crete then look no further than this villa. We had the best time and will be excited to return in the future!"

We loved our staying in villa Kamara. We have been welcome with a very good home made cake. We had a very nice time in family and the owner was really helpful when we needed anything. Still hungover with the holiday blues, writing this review is a warm reminder to the wonderful vacation we had staying at this amazing villa. Check-in was really easy and flexible too as our flight in was a little delayed, made all the more better with a bottle of wine and fresh baked cake waiting for us. The great little kitchen made itself useful when it came to beach day lunch prep and also for the occasional evening meal in. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy with great access to the star of the show, the hot tub. A perfect addition to this beautiful property that takes full advantage of the mesmerizing balcony view. Big shoutout to the lovely neighbours too, who were happy to keep us replenished with veggies and fresh baked pastries throughout our stay. If you are looking to disconnect and properly relax on your trip to Crete then look no further than this villa. We had the best time and will be excited to return in the future!

Villa Kamara is a very unique & beautifully done AirB&B! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are so friendly & helpful. They are very proud of their villa as they should be. The AC in the bedrooms was wonderful as were the beds...very comfortable. We were able to use the many outdoor spaces & we enjoyed the beautiful views. There are many villages with great restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, shops & pharmacies. You do need to have a car to be able a take advantage of this amazing area. The villa has a free parking spot too. The owners & property managers are super helpful & arranged our rental car for us at a very reasonable rate. We would definitely stay here again & will recommend this special spot to our friends.

This is a lovely house, matched the description well. The owners met us with cake and the most excellent Raki we have had so far, and were very kind and nice. Yannis was proactive, responsive and really went above and beyond way to help us plan our holiday - thank you! Only small drawback is the location since it’s a quiet little village and the closest grocery stores are a drive away. Overall great place for someone looking for a very quiet rustic spot.
