  • The above prices include all taxes and VAT.
  • Prices shown are for the 4-bedroom Villa Kyma per week in Euros.
  • Villa Kyma can accommodate up to 10 guests.
    There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (3 with exceptional seaview and 1 with an amazing view on the white mountains). If you are 10 or even more, the second living room can be closed and used as 5th bedroom (2 sofa beds) and these guests can then use the standalone bathroom.
  • Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
  • Wireless satellite Internet (with care, please do not download films and games) is provided free of charge.
  • No pets are allowed in the villa and there is strict no smoking policy inside the villa Kyma.
  • Pool heating can be arranged on request from October to May with the additional cost of 350 Euros per week.
  • For reservations completed through TheHotel.gr travel agency, a member of TheHotel.gr team will assist you with the check-in process.
  • A damage deposit of 1.000 Euros is required at the completion of your reservation, which you get back at the end of your stay providing that no damages are made.
