  • "The house is very clean and well maintained. Well equipped too. Good location, in the small Asteri village 10 km east of the city of Rethymnon. It has many commodities around, with supermarkets and stores at 2 km located along the old Heraklion road."

  • "As a family of four with two daughters ages 7 and 11 we cannot recommend this villa enough. The house is spacious, the pool is bigger than the pictures show and the whole place is beautiful. It’s very relaxing and the restaurant opposite the house is wonderful yet not loud at nighttime so no disruption. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfy and the wooden shutters make for a nice dark room making lay ins very easy!"

Der Gastgeber spricht hervorragend deutsch und kam alle zwei Tage zum Pool reinigen. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine wunderschöne Taverne mit leckerem Essen. We had a very nice stay at Villa Manolis. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't that great, but there's nothing you can do about that. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen – everything was great. There were three of us, but even with 5 or 6 people, you can be comfortable in the house. A great pool and a very friendly and helpful owner. We were very satisfied. However, you definitely need a car to drive to the nearest village with shops.

We just spent a wonderful week at villa manolis in crete, absolutely beautiful villa and lovely pool to cool off in. Two great restaurants in the village of asteri both very different but offering great food and service. Asteri is a small village but lots of places to go and visit not very far away, short drive to lovely beaches and bars if that's your thing. Emmanuel and Yannis made everything very easy with lots of advice and information. Would certainly highly recommend a visit we gad a great holiday.
