Absolutely fantastic villa, a real home from home, the villa had everything you needed. The owners were so helpful, always asking if we needed anything, and gave us so many recommendations. The villa is set in a peaceful area with a bus stop right by the villa which has an hourly service which takes you to Kounoupidiana (5 mins bus, 20 min walk) which connects to buses to Chania (every 15 mins). There are 3 supermarkets in Kounoupidiana and multiple restaurants (Mitos BBQ the best). Chania is fantastic, bustling with a great atmosphere with shops, bars, restaurants and amazing views. We also got the bus to the seaside resort of Agia Marina which has an amazing beach and great beach bars. A good tip is to download the Wolt app if you want to stay in and order a takeaway from many of the restaurants in the area. I would like to thank the owner and her family who we met as we were leaving, who were highly accommodating 🇬🇷💙💙💙

I would happily book this villa again. We, a family of four, had a lovely stay. The peace and quiet made it feel like we were in the countryside yet 5 minutes in the car and we had all amenities. Beautiful villa, excellent location and friendly people!

Excellent séjour, belle maison tranquille, propre, rangée, piscine très agréable ! Nous avons passé de bons moments autour du barbecue ! La voiture est nécessaire pour découvrir la région mais également préférable pour les courses. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en Crète et avons apprécié les recommandations d’activités et de restaurants !

We can’t speak highly enough of the villa and our hosts. The pool was fantastic and the kitchen was well equipped. What really stood out were how helpful and reliable our hosts were with help finding a local gym, a supermarket that stocked what we were looking for and anything else we needed. The location is great, you will want a car, we had great access to so many beaches and also Samaria gorge, mountain villages, Chania centre and port. If I were to book another Crete holiday I wouldn’t change a thing! On our last my daughter fell and needed hospital treatment. Once again our hosts went above and beyond with instructions for which hospital to go to and within ten minutes two people had contacted me offering to translate over the phone if I needed it! Thanks so much for a great holiday for me and my family!!
