Charming Villa is an inviting, traditional 4-bedroom villa with a lovely private pool, located just 3 km from the center of the renowned town of Platanias. Constructed in traditional style using wood and stone, the villa is 2.5 km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Platanias and only a 5-minute drive to the town center, where a variety of restaurants, taverns, and shops await.

The ground floor features a spacious open plan area, including a cozy living area with a smart TV and fireplace, a large dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom on this level.

One bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms are provided on the upper floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the villa offers a delightful private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a stonebuilt barbecue in the courtyard. Charming Villa spans approximately 200 sqm on a private plot of about 1500 sqm.

The nearby town of Platanias has a variety of recreation facilities and activities, such as traditional taverns, elegant restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, children playgrounds, water sports and pool bars. The old town of Chania is located just 10 km from the villa.

"Great! Stayed there for 9 nights in October with two families. Excellent location to start for a trip or to stay and enjoy the accommodation at the pool, viewing the mountains or on one of the various terraces. We frequently used the BBQ area and enjoyed wood-grilled specialties from the local butcher... even in the mornings just a short way to the next bakery... We can definitely recommend this villa."

It's a great location to access Platanias very easily but still enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. It s my second time and as usual, every thing was perfect.
Location near the beach, the supermarkets (5 mins ) and with view on the mountains.
The house is very quiet and we can perfectly relax.
If you need a good place to stay, it’s in charming villa that you should be.

The hostess and her mother were very welcoming. Upon our arrival they made us find lunch and wine. The villa is very nice and has everything you need to cook and live there. The barbeque and the outdoor area is very nice.
