Futuristic Villa consists of two modern villas with two private pools, one next to each other, which are connected by a garden door. The residence consists of the 4-bedroom Villa L1 and the 3-bedroom Villa L2. The sandy beach of Agii Apostoli is located about 500 meters away and the picturesque town of Chania about 4 km away. Within walking distance (100-200 meters away) you can also explore a few taverns, restaurants, two super markets and a small park with a playground.
The 4-bedroom Villa L1 offers a private pool, three shower bathrooms and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, an open plan living room area with a 55'' 4K TV, a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. One bedroom with two single beds and a common bathroom are also offered.
The top floor of the villa features a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, which extends to a small living area with a glass floor just above the pool. Two more bedrooms with double beds and a common shower bathroom are provided on the top floor as well. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and 1-2 babies, while two additional guests can sleep on the sofa beds.
The 3-bedroom Villa L2 is also designed in maisonette style and has a private pool and three shower bathrooms. The ground floor level offers an open plan living room area with a sofa bed, a 55'' satellite TV, Netflix and surround sound system, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The open plan area opens to the pool area through glass doors. A twin bedroom and a common shower bathroom are available on this level.
A steel and glass staircase leads to the top floor with an opening for natural skylight. One master double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a furnished balcony as well as a third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom are provided on this level. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and 1-2 babies, while two additional guests can sleep on the sofa beds.
Wireless internet, air-conditioning in each bedroom, washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer are provided in both villas. Each villa has a pool area with a private pool and a children's pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
