Rafalia Cozy Apartment is a second floor 3-bedroom apartment in a calm residential area of Chania, in a walking distance of about 15 minutes from the picturesque old town of Chania. All the every day amenities (bakery shop, mini markets, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, super market) can be found in very short walking distance.

Rafalia Cozy Apartment is a spacious apartment of about 120 sqm. An open plan area with a sofa corner and a 60 inches smart satellite TV, a land view balcony with an outdoor breakfast table, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with a small double bed, one common bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a WC are offered. Air-condition in every bedroom and the open plan area is provided. Wireless internet is also offered everywhere.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a big refrigerator, a ceramic electric kitchen, a microwave, a boiler, a coffee maker, and a toast maker. A big dining table and a living room corner with two couches are provided in the open plan area.

All guests can enjoy a few very nice cafes, restaurants and a pizzeria next to the apartment. The old town of Chania is about 1200 meters away and it can be reached on foot.

Side street parking is available along the nearby roads, or alternatively, you can opt for the nearby parking garage at an additional cost. Please also note that a small elevator is available in the building of the apartment.

What an amazing apartment. It is HUGE! So much space. And in a very convenient part of town - outside the old town but with restaurants and cafes and shops nearby and an easy and pleasant walk into the old town or to the town beach. Emmanuel and Yannis were the most brilliant hosts - always checking in to make sure everything was ok, leaving us a delicious bottle of Cretan wine on arrival, and having stocked the apartment well with thoughtful touches. We were truly very sad to leave. It was such a comfortable home and a perfect base to explore beautiful Chania. We hope to be back again and will definitely stay in this apartment any time we return to Chania. Thank you Emmanuel and Yannis for everything!!

We stayed in this apartment for almost three weeks, and it had everything we needed for comfortable everyday living. The kitchen is very well equipped : you can find everything for cooking, including a toaster, coffee machine, cookware for both the stovetop and oven, and plenty of dishes. Free parking on the street. The apartment itself is not brand new, but everything is clean, tidy, and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
