Kappa Residence is a modern 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach. It is located on the second floor of a small building in a central and peaceful location.

A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two beautiful shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated jacuzzi and a pergola with a shaded dining table. Wireless internet, air-condition, and heating during winter are provided.

Side street parking is available in the nearby area. For added convenience, you also have the option to secure a parking space in a private garage, located approximately 300 meters away, for an additional fee.

Kappa Residence penthouse is situated in a central location, with many shops, cafes and a few taverns in very short walking distance. The old town of Chania with many restaurants and cafes is less than five minutes away on foot.

Fantastic place to stay in Crete! Its outside of the touristy center, so it's quiet, but everything is <15 min away. Comfy beds and the patio is huge. Emmanuel and Yannis are very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic apartment. Emmanuel & Yannis sent a extensive email immediately after booking with recommendations for rental car, places to visit and local restaurants. The rental car worked great and significantly cheaper the than major companies. We only eat at the recommended restaurants and all were outstanding. They were also very responsive to any questions. The apartment itself was perfect. Inside was spotless and had everything we needed. The roof top patio was a great bonus - for a leisurely breakfast or the evening final drinks. Location was also perfect - just a short walk into the old town and to the Harbor and parking garage was a 5 minute walk. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.
