Kappa Residence is a modern 3-bedroom penthouse featuring a heated Jacuzzi on its lovely, private terrace. It is located on the top floor of a small building in the newly revitalized center of the town of Chania, just 150 meters from the picturesque old town and 1200 meters from the sandy beach of Nea Chora. It is surrounded by beautiful cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, all just a short stroll away. Kappa Residence offers three stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a modern open-plan area, being a central retreat for families and friends.

A private terrace features a heated Jacuzzi, a few sun loungers, a pergola and two hanging egg chairs. A shaded dining and lounge area under the pergola creates an idyllic setting for al fresco meals, coffee and relaxing evenings.

Inside, a modern open-plan space includes a living room with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small dining table. Moreover, the kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a ceramic stove, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.

Kappa Residence features three elegantly designed bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a spacious wardrobe. Two modern shower bathrooms add to the comfort of your stay, including a washing machine.

If you have a car, you might consider parking on the side streets a few blocks away. Alternatively, you can reserve a parking space in a private garage approximately 300 meters away for an additional fee.

The beaches worth visiting are a drive - this is not a beach apartment. It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Great property, with large hot-tub and within a few minutes walk of old town. Fantastic/attentive hosts. Would def recommend for a stay in Chania. We will be back!

This apartment is very central for everything in Chania and is very close to the bus station, local community and Venetian harbour. Yannis and Emmanuel were very proactive prior to our visit and very responsive during. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub is an amazing extra.
