Kappa Residence is a modern 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach. It is located on the second floor of a small building in a central and peaceful location.

A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two beautiful shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated jacuzzi and a pergola with a shaded dining table. Wireless internet, air-condition, and heating during winter are provided.

Side street parking is available in the nearby area. For added convenience, you also have the option to secure a parking space in a private garage, located approximately 300 meters away, for an additional fee.

Kappa Residence penthouse is situated in a central location, with many shops, cafes and a few taverns in very short walking distance. The old town of Chania with many restaurants and cafes is less than five minutes away on foot.

The local businesses employ some amazing people - super helpful and worth meeting ! Access to the harbor and restaurants is perfect - all are a 3-5 minute walk. The beaches worth visiting are a drive - this is not a beach apartment. It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Great to have soaps, kitchen and bath essentials there for your arrival. The patio is most enjoyable in the evenings and great for relaxing after being out for the day. The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. Hi there, We instantly felt at home at 45 Kappa Residence! Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous apartment! You will not be disappointed! We stepped in to luxury and a warm welcome awaited us in Chania. Having Yannis meet and greet us made us feel reassured and happy. We have three children whom were also welcomed and made to feel like they were in their own home. The house was immaculate with great modern space to relax and unwind. Indoor and outdoor space was very special! The Jacuzzi is the best we have been in - it’s so big and felt like a swimming pool which our three boys loved. The area is so much fun and very pretty - Chania old town is a 5 mins walk and there was so much to see and do. I could say much about this wonderful place. We’ve had a fabulous week away on holiday! Thank you so much.
