Kappa Residence a Città della Canea, Chania

Kappa Residence is a modern 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach. It is located on the second floor of a small building in a central and peaceful location.

A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two beautiful shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated jacuzzi and a pergola with a shaded dining table. Wireless internet, air-condition, and heating during winter are provided.

Side street parking is available in the nearby area. For added convenience, you also have the option to secure a parking space in a private garage, located approximately 300 meters away, for an additional fee.

Kappa Residence penthouse is situated in a central location, with many shops, cafes and a few taverns in very short walking distance. The old town of Chania with many restaurants and cafes is less than five minutes away on foot.

It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Wunderbare Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Alles neu und super ausgestattet. Wird haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr rasch und unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar länger bleiben, weil unser Flieger erst am Abend ging. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für alles!!
