The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. I wish we could find more hosts as attentive to detail as Yannis and superb accommodation. This was truly the highlight of our journey :)"

Kappa Residence is a brand new 3-bedroom Apartment with a private heated jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the sandy beach. It is located on the second floor of a just renovated small building.

A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen is provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated jacuzzi and a pergola with a shaded dining table. Small ceremonies and weddings can be organized here, if wanted.

Air-condition and free wireless internet are provided as well. Side street parking is available in the nearby area.

We had an excellent stay in Chania, it was two of us and our toddler so the spaciousness and modern updated amenities were exactly what we needed. The location is ideal because it is just 5 minutes walk to get into the old town and the actual harbor is 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Bathrooms and kitchen were up-to-date and modern. Best of all Yannis is super responsive over text and was available any and all questions we had throughout the day and night about where to go, what to do, and how to get around in Crete. Highly recommended and will visit again!
