"Awesome newly renovated apartment right in the heart of Chania. Cafés right next to your doorstep. Old town is just a couple hundert meters away. But the best thing of all was the outstanding hospitality of Yannis. He‘d gone above and beyond to make our stay even more fabulous."

"We stayed at the apartment for a week and a half and we had a great time. The apartment is right in the centre of Chania, adjacent the old town. There's a lot going on nearby, but we had no trouble sleeping. The outdoor space is very large, and the hot tub is massive!"

Yannis was very responsive with our questions and needs including setting up taxi from Heraklion port and Kissamos port ( for Cretan cruise to visit Balos). "Pristine new built apartment. An oasis of calm in town centre. Modern decor, air conditioning, Smart TV in every room, comfortable beds with automatic black out shutters. "Can't say enough about this place - the pictures don't lie, it's spotless, gorgeous, amazing terrace, all amenities on point (extra shampoo, lots of towels, etc..., etc...we wanted for nothing) Host incredibly responsive and helpful. But most important thing is the location. It's perfectly located just outside the historic district - a 5 minute walk to the harbor but also in a REAL neighborhood with 5 cafes within a 2-minute walk, a great grocery store 2 blocks away, wonderful fruit and vegetable stands, and some really perfect local tavernas."

Terrace is huge and the jacuzzi can fit up to 6 pers at ease. I strongly recommend it."

"Everything in the apartment is top notch! Comfortable beds, great wifi reception on the patio as well as indoors. Convenient to shopping and parking garage (Parking Apollon, with valet service). Great to have soaps, kitchen and bath essentials there for your arrival. The patio is most enjoyable in the evenings and great for relaxing after being out for the day. The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. I wish we could find more hosts as attentive to detail as Yannis and superb accommodation. This was truly the highlight of our journey :)"

It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! "This is a beautiful spacious immaculate apartment. It’s only a five minute walk to old town Chania shops and restaurants and harbor. Beautiful huge deck with a hot tub that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Yannis is an amazing host, he met us on arrival and gave us great suggestions for the area.
