Kassiopeia Villa σε Χανιά, Χανιά

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a king size bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

This was the most lovely Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. It truly is a villa, tucked away on a quiet street on a hill overlooking Souda Bay. The photos didn’t do the view justice - it’s beyond stunning. It was a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of Chania, which was exactly what we were after, but the city was just a short drive away. The place was incredibly clean and well appointed. I especially appreciated having access to a washer. Emmanuel and Yannis were fabulous hosts. They provided dozens of recommendations, stocked the kitchen with some juice and a few breakfast foods, checked in on us every day, and even arranged for a private chef to cook for my husband and I on our final night. The bar is set high for all future Airbnbs. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Crete, we know where we’ll be staying!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kassiopeia! The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed for a week in Chania. Emmanuel was a great host: he made sure we were well taken care of, was always available when we needed him, and even let one of us stay longer on the last day. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back!
