Kassiopeia Villa σε Χανιά, Χανιά

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king-size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

"Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. "Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The views will take your breath away, the location was ideal and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Where to begin...the large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and clothes washer. The living room is huge, furniture is comfortable, and the views are incredible. There are decks off of kitchen, primary bedroom, and two off the living room with seating on all of them. There is a large dining room table inside and another outside. The pool is surrounded by grass and lounge chairs with plush cushions. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, plenty of storage and desks. The bathrooms are spotless and have plush towels (including extras to use at the pool or beach). Emmanuel and Yanni responded very quickly to questions before and during our stay, and had lots of great suggestions for us. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The staff (Manolis) was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need is met. The villa's amenities, including a private pool and spacious outdoor areas, make it ideal for both families and couples. Location-wise, it’s conveniently close to local attractions yet tucked away for peace and tranquility. Overall, Kassiopeia Villa exceeds expectations and offers a memorable stay!
